Cinesud – Masterclass – Script Development: Shape up Your Idea Into a Killer Script

You have an idea for what could make a nice short film but don’t know how to get started? Together with the coaches Anniken Fjesme you will start the Bootcamp Shorts Lab by learning the basics of script development. How to refine the idea, how to write a convincing synopsis, structure your script and how to go further from there.

Bootcamp Shorts Lab is a 3-day online training program where you can develop your skills and work on your next (short film) project. Join the Bootcamp Shorts Lab and learn everything from script development to the creative aspects of editing, sound, and film distribution. Bootcamp Shorts Lab 2021 is organized by CineSud together with Screen Talent Europe.

All the masterclasses will take place online via Zoom and will be held in English. For only €30, you can join all the masterclasses you want. Coaches will be – amongst others – Manuel Alberto Claro (director of photography Nymphomaniac, The House that Jack Built), producer Eliza Jones (whose short films were in competition at Festival de Cannes, Tribeca, TIFF, etc.), director Birgitte Stærmose (Crystal Bear winner Berlinale) and sound designer/-mixer Peter Albrechtsen (Dunkirk, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo).
